Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

At present, SmartGadget.pk accepts:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay the courier upon delivery of your order.

We are working on integrating additional payment options in the future, including:

• Debit/Credit Cards
• Bank Transfers
• Mobile Wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.)

Payment Terms

• Customers are required to pay the exact order amount as mentioned on the invoice.
• COD payments must be made at the time of delivery to the courier service.
• Orders above a certain value may require advance confirmation via phone call or WhatsApp.

Fraud Prevention

• Any attempt at placing fake orders, refusing confirmed deliveries, or fraudulent transactions will lead to:
  • Order cancellation.
  • Account blacklisting.
  • Possible legal action if deemed necessary.

Security of Transactions

• Since we currently operate on COD, customers do not need to share sensitive card details.
• Once we introduce online payment methods, all transactions will be SSL-encrypted and handled by trusted third-party gateways.
