Processing & Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.
• Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery on all orders above PKR 1,500.
• Orders below PKR 1,500 will incur a delivery charge of PKR 250.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.
• Customers can track orders directly through the courier’s website.

Delivery Conditions

• Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address.
• In case of refusal or repeated failed attempts, SmartGadget.pk reserves the right to cancel the order.

Easy Returns

We want our customers to shop with confidence. SmartGadget.pk allows returns within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• A proof of purchase (receipt/order number) is required.
• Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the situation.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective/damaged items.

Exchange Policy

• If you ordered the wrong item, you may request an exchange, provided the product is in original condition.
• Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
